Shipping

How long?
Same day shipping for most items but not all.
In some cases, candles are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days
VAFS Candles are hand poured, in small batches to ensure our brand quality. Every item is unique, made from the heart, and made in an environment of joy. Please allow 5-7 business days for your candle art, handling, and shipping. (In most cases, orders are shipped earlier than 5-7 business days)
If the product reads “Pre order” please allow 7-10 business days or until launch date.
Summer Shipping
Please note - All candles will be shipped Monday - Thursday during summer months to avoid candles sitting and melting in summer heat through transit over the weekend. (June-August)
Lost or stolen packages
VAFS Candles & Home Fragrance is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders but Please contact us so we can come up with the best solution. We will immediately file a claim with the carrier and update you along the way.
If your package shows delivered, then we are no longer responsible for package. However, we will file a claim with the mail carrie and update you every step of the way. Although a replacement is not guaranteed, we will do what we can to make things right.
Incorrect shipping address
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses so please double check your address. If your address is incorrect please notify us immediately by clicking here. We will do the best we can to make the address change before your order is shipped. In the event that we are notified too late, you may be liable to pay a shipping fee for your package to be resent.
If your package is lost due to the incorrect address, customer is responsible for paying for order again.
There may be delays in the shipping process due to Covid and/or the holidays.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Do we accept exchanges and/or refunds?
Of course! We want you to be happy rather it’s with us or not.
All exchanges or refunds must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges must be shipped back within 14days
All returned items must be in new and unused condition. No damage and in it’s original packaging.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
In the rare event that you’re not satisfied with your items, then you can exchange or return any unused items for something else (of same value). If you wish for a refund, it’ll make us a little sad, but we will surely refund you for unused items only. If you are seeking an exchange or refund, please Contact Us within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged items
If your merchandise is damaged during transit, proof is needed within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the broken item(s) with the same item(s). If those item(s) are no longer available, you can choose from the other amazing items on our website. In the rare event. that you can’t find something you like amongst our other amazing products, then we will provide a refund (in the form of an e-gift card).
Cancel orders
If you wish to cancel an order, it must be completed before the order is shipped. Canceling an order does not qualify you for a refund but we will work with you to come up with the best solution.
In the rare event we need to issue a refund, we will do so in the form of an e-gift card/store credit or the method used to purchase.
All sage bundles, palo santos sticks, and crystals are final sale.

Soy candles are like fine wine, they get better with time.
Scent Throw
Candles are made to be enjoyed in an intimate setting. With that in mind, the smaller the room, the better the scent throw.
For larger rooms, please consider purchasing our large candles or place two of our small candles in one room.
Always burn your candles responsibly.
Lost or Damaged Candles
If your candle order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with details about the situation. Please provide as much information as possible including your order number and photos of the damage. Please allow us time to file a claim with our shipping service. We will update you every step of the way until we ship out your new candle.
Burning Candles Safely
Follow these tips to properly burn your Vibes AF soy candle
Never allow candles to burn while unattended.
Keep wick trimmed to ¼ inch.
Keep wax free of any foreign debris.
Never burn your candles more than 4 hours at a time.
Keep candles away from drafts.
Discontinue use when only ½ inch was remains.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Allow candles to cool completely before handling.
Always burn candles on heat resistant, leveled surface.
Do not burn around flammable materials.
